Client Services Division

Core Functions

The Hon. Prime Minister has an open door policy of which members of the public will be able to engage with him directly with their concerns.

The Ministry operates a Client Services Desk based at the ground floor of New Wing, Government Buildings.

The Division engages with stakeholders through dialogues and consultations to ensure that all necessary avenues are covered in assisting all Fijians.

The Division is also the Secretariat for the Informal Settlements Stakeholder Taskforce, which is chaired by the PS OPM. The Taskforce is responsible for all matters concerning informal settlements and re-settlement issues.
