Education plays a pivotal role in the building and make-up of the new Fiji – a Fiji that is knowledge based.
The Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Josaia V. Bainimarama delivered the following statement during the opening of the Teachers Quarters on the 19th June, 2017 at the Immaculate Conception Primary School and College in Bua.
The newly opened facility would assist the 542 students and 34 teachers in striving to achieve the goal of Education for All and a Quality Education.
The Hon. Prime Minister reiterated that the government is committed to the education of our children.
“Education supersedes every other commitment that we have in terms of progress in our land because it is our understanding that Education plays a pivotal role in the build up and make up of the new Fiji – a Fiji that is knowledge-based”.
