In February, the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (MEU) of Implementation Coordinating Office (ICO) completed the verification reports of 27 Government Agencies.
“With the completion of the verification the desk officers are now focused on the feedback reports for their respective agencies which will complete the monitoring for 2014”, confirmed Director MEU, Ms Komaisavai.
During the course of formulating the reports, the desk officers have been able to ascertain each agency’s annual corporate plan implementation level and identified some of their challenges in 2014.
“As part of our monitoring process the desk officers will prepare briefs for each of the agencies that highlight achievements, gaps and recommendations on the way forward”, said Ms Komaisavai.
The Director also confirmed that an analysis report of the 2014 annual corporate plan implementations and a budget utilisation report are being formulated for submission to the Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister.
