PRIME MINISTER RABUKA COMMEND’S FIJI’S TECHNICAL TEAM AT COP28 NEGOTIATIONS IN DUBAI-(30-11-2023)

Dubai, 29 Nov, 2023 – As Fiji’s technical team to the COP28 negotiations in Dubai continues their work, the Prime Minister Hon. Sitiveni Rabuka expressed gratitude for their dedication in representing Fiji on the global stage.
The technical team, comprising staff from the Department of Climate Change, Department of Environment, Fiji Met Services, National Disaster Management Office, and Energy, has been actively participating in negotiations since their arrival in Dubai.
Prime Minister Rabuka acknowledged the diverse areas of expertise within the team and extended his best wishes to each member for a successful and impactful engagement at COP28.
