Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka attended the welcoming reception and witnessed the Tongan Traditional Welcome Kava Ceremony during the 53rd Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting in Tonga.
There were also cultural entertainment known as the Lakalaka Dance by Government Middle School – Muá, a group dance by Tonga High School and the War Dance by Tonga College Átele.
